It is a collection of his top ten most notable works that each represents a key point in his career, leading to his success as an artist. Explore the arts of magic as you take a journey into the past, before the Internet into the age of the 21st century. Learn the history of the “Living Legend”, what inspired him, and how David Copperfield became a winner of twenty-one Emmy Awards, eleven Guinness World Records, and the most profitable magician in recorded history in the world.
Upon entering the gallery you will see a center podium with an illusionist hanging display that gives the impression of an image of David Copperfield, while being made from many images. From this experience you’ll move around the gallery in a chronological format. Seeing the history of David Copperfield from Childhood to fame.
Each exhibit booth contains a rotating screen of the act being performed. A plaque reading the history of the act, and a piece from the illusion itself. This can be an entire set or just part of a larger production. After viewing the life of the artist get introduced to what the David is doing today as you interact with the current museum and learn a thing or two about the magic of illusion. While at the Gallery you’ll experience the magic of light through the use of vivid color, smooth reflective walls and surfaces, you’ll get to see first hand how easy it is to slip up an illusion with just a fingerprint.
